Review: Since I wrote my initial review of this book I have continued to use it often, simply because the recipes are by far the best Persian recipes I have found, despite having bought several other Persian cookery books in the meantime. And although the index could be better, this is far outweighed by the sheer range of recipes and the fact that they are totally reliable and authentic.
